Race Kit Pickup Details
This year's Race Kit Pickup is sponsored by our friends Mizrahi Developments. Here are the details so you can plan ahead:
Location: Mizrahi Developments, The One Sales Gallery (181 Davenport Rd.)
When: Friday, September 7th from 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Saturday, September 8th from 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Snacks and refreshments will be provided!
Parking Details: Green P parking is available on Hillsboro Ave & Davenport Rd., and street parking on Hazelton Ave. The closest TTC subway station is either Rosedale Station, Bloor-Yonge Station, or Bay Station.
Fundraising Minimums: A friendly reminder that everyone who registered for the B&O Yorkville Run committed to fundraising a minimum of $100 for their selected cause. The fee you paid upon registration is not included in this amount. You will be required to fulfill the $100 fundraising minimum prior to picking up your Race Kit on September 7 and 8. Failing to do so will result in a forfeit of your Race Kit and registration. Race Kits will NOT be available for pickup on Race Day. If you're unable to pick up your kit on Friday or Saturday, you may have a friend or family member get it for you. Due to the high value of the Race Kit (B&O H5 headphones!), they must bring a copy of your Race Kit email containing your bib #. This email will be sent to you a week before Race Kit pickup, so please keep an eye out for it. If you have any questions, please reach out to the Race Manager, Ainsley, at email@example.com.
Receive a $1,000 top-up donation to your charity if you are the #1 weekend fundraiser. The clock starts Friday at noon and ends the following Monday at 11:59 AM. To participate, all you need to do is fundraise! There are 5 weekend challenges and $5,000 in prize money in total. Terms and Conditions:
There are five independent $1,000 Weekend Challenges. The first one is Aug 3 - 6 , the last one is Aug 31 - Sep 3. The challenges will run every weekend in between, from Friday at 12:00 PM until Monday at 11:59 AM. On Monday afternoon, following each weekend challenge, the winner will be named on our website, and a $1,000 donation will be made to the charity they are fundraising for. This donation will show up on the fundraiser’s personal page, as well as in various places on the B&O Yorkville Run Website, and will count towards their goal and prize redemption. In order to participate, you must be registered for the 2018 B&O Yorkville Run. Funds must be raised through our online platform, under your personal page, to count towards this challenge. Fundraisers can win multiple challenges. If there is a tie for first place the $1,000 prize will be divided evenly across everyone in first place.
