Thank you for visiting my donation page!
As you know I'm an animal lover through and through. I've had rescue animals my entire life, fostered them and volunteer to make sure to keep them from abusive homes, off the streets and adding their love to families wherever they can. I've raised therapy dogs, career change CNIB dogs and the other tough cases that nobody wanted. These furry friends have, in return, helped me. This year I'm choosing to run to support PAWS.
The mission of PAWS is to ensure that there comes a day when every homeless animal has a safe, loving home where they are respected, nurtured and valued as a family member. PAWS is working towards a time when NO homeless animal must die simply for being born. They have a solid mission:
Education – It is imperative that the public be educated about their treatment of and behaviour towards their fellow creatures.
Rescue – They rescue animals from abuse, abandonment and neglect.
Spay/Neuter – They are committed to spaying and neutering cats and dogs to combat the overpopulation crises. They also help fund low-income individuals who would not otherwise have this procedure done for their companion animals.
I'm always amazed at the support of my community and every little bit counts. Even a cheer. If you are open to donating a small amount it is appreciated. All donations over $25 will receive a charitable tax receipt.
